After 16 years as head pastry chef at Boston’s Four Seasons Hotel, Timothy Fonseca has joined Boston College Dining Services as its executive pastry chef. On October 29 he served complimentary Halloween-themed cupcakes and pumpkin whoopie pies to, among others, Jerome Shea ’16 (in maroon and gold) in Corcoran Commons.
