James Skehan, SJ, professor emeritus of geology, has a new namesake, a 500-million-year-old fossil genus of trilobite officially dubbed Skehanos by its discoverer, geologist Mark McMenamin of Mount Holyoke College. The tag honors Skehan's contributions to the geology of New England.
